- Some colors, like Red, Yellow and Orange require more than two coats. We will explain this to you before starting your project.
- We are happy to provide on site estimates if you have a room with multiple openings , unique room dimensions, very tall or 2 story areas.

- Empty whole houses start at .35 per square foot when painting walls as well.

- Take the overall square footage of your house and multiply by numbers below to get a general idea of labor cost. These numbers are not exact.
- 8’ walls are 1.14 per square foot of typical floor space. Example: A 3000 square foot house is $3,420.00
- 9’ walls are $1.31 per square foot of typical floor space. Example: A 3000 square foot house is $3,930.00
- 10’ walls are $1.49 per square foot of typical floor space. Example: A 3000 square foot house is $4470
Cabinet Painting

- Apply up to 2 cabinet finish coats and sand in between coats dependingon how finish feels.
- We typically us Sherwin Williams Emerald Urethane. It can be tinted to any color. We recommend a semi gloss finish in this line of paint. It’s not as shiny as you would think and it’s also durable.
- To achieve a nice spray finish it takes time.
Pricing Chart Information

- Color Changes are $75 each
- Filling nail holes and very minor wall imperfections is included at no charge.
- Repairs that require added dry time are charged at our labor rate.
- Rooms are defined by each space. Example, a kitchen is a room; a two story foyer is at least 2 – 3 rooms.
- Other charges may apply based on factors including, condition of the walls, size of furniture to be moved, and ease of access to property.
- Pricing adheres to cookie cutter type homes .
- Individual room pricing will greatly vary. They do not adhere to the pricing charts.
- Minimum Job is $640 Labor only.
- Rooms with crown molding are additional.
Noteworthy

- Trim , baseboards, crown molding and doors typically add .50 – .70 cents per square foot.
- Closets are additional. Typically adding .12 – .24 cents per square foot.
- Paint and Sundries typically add another . 25 cents per square foot for walls only with 2 coats.
