Existing stucco was cracking, caulking was loose/failing, Paint was failing around columns and architecture details of the building. There was a lot of manual labor involving scrapping, diamond grinding, retexturing existing stucco We applied new stucco, paint & elastomeric caulking. We also did some interior repainting as well.
